A Women’s Individuality

She stands at 5’5 wearing a denim skirt with a floral colored blouse ready for work, cannot forget about the 6 inch stilettos heels that are made for dancing which just makes her legs scream attention. As she walks in the office to start her typing exercise he watches her. He asks her “Are you in the wrong place?’’ she simply answers “No, I am the new secretary.” He shakes his head and walks away to whisper to his pal “Since when we started hiring dancers to act professional?” Women are 60% more likely to catch a man’s attention on a day their natural then on a day they dress up. Women are not only looked down by our clothing but by any existing factor that we might show such as: a job, foot wear, hairstyles, where we eat at or even who is in our contact list. Women are doing better than men in other areas; on average, they live four or five years longer than men, although the gap is closing (Andrew Stevenson). Men should process their bodies in a more local ways (Stephanie Pappas). Women +prejudice= a male’s discrimination. Some women to claim they are blessed for the fact they have a God giving shape anyone would kill for. The study of a women’s shapes of over 6,000 women, carried out by male researchers at the North Carolina State University circa 2005, found that 46% were banana (a man’s less likely pick), just over 20% were a pear, just fewer than 14% were an apple, and 8% an hourglass. Another study has found “that the average women’s waistline had expanded by six inches since the 1950s” studied by Michael Vereen. Today’s statistics prove that the waistline catches the male’s eye every 5 minutes a day. Women are taller and have bigger butts and hips than those of the 1950s (Michael Vereen). Not only do they contradict us by our body, but also by anything that comes up. Men like to think they know everything. If you have a weird bump on your ankle, they are suddenly doctors. If your cupcakes did not turn out just right, they are suddenly pastry chefs. Now, some men think they know everything there is to know about women. They do not know what makes us women-like our tubes and eggs, but how we act. How we are as a human being. And how all of us fall under the same umbrella (Ella, Ella) (Coed Magazine’s). Economist David Neumark argued “that discrimination by employers tend to steer women into lower-paying occupations and men into high-paying occupations.” Warren Farrell had stated “that the pay gap can no longer be attributed to large-scale discrimination against women.” Women spend more of their spouse’s money when they want something because they expect to look good for their men. When a woman is alone she tends to be careful about the way she spends her money. In 2001 men gained control over their money when their women are not working. Statistics prove that women get treated less than men because they have no money that is equal to the man’s amount. In 2011, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported “women’s media weekly earnings to be 81% of men’s.” As a result, women’s earnings were closer to men’s in more states in the south and the west and the men will have to accept that. No limit or new boundaries? Courts have interpreted title VII’s prohibition against sex discrimination to categorize men because they are men and women because they are women. SGR law show that women were not made to be judged at any point in time against any circumstances. That relatively straightforward idea typically has conjured up some traditional and distinctive images when discussing sex discrimination. A male manager subjecting a female employee to some type of unwanted sexual advice; a woman forced to endure sexual jokes and jeers from male co-workers; a woman is denied a position or promotion because she is a female (Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP). Although, women feel unappreciated when men judge them they still have a voice from a complete stranger. That stranger is me, speaking for all the beautiful women out there. Women were not put on earth to be judged, put down, categorized or even treated unfairly. We are humans just like the rest of mankind. Men should not judge us because we are not perfect and neither are they. God did not make men perfect; in his eyes everyone has their flaws. . Objectification of women comes from centuries of social programming, not nature. But little did anyone know, for centuries of religions and arrogant tyrants or self-appointed upper class fools teaching each other and other men that women are objects. Also during this significant time those same influences from religion and society teaching women that their bodies are somehow evil for the fact that nature designed the woman's body to be able to attract males. This is where the discrimination of women comes from. Women deserve more and we waited enough centuries. It is time to claim what is rightfully ours. Respect!

Do Women Have it or Not?

Daily mail argues in the article “YOU HAVE TO BE HAPPY TO BE BEAUTIFUL” that a glimpse at the magazine rack in any supermarket checkout line will tell you that women are frequently the focus of sexual objectification. The daily mail also states that you have to be happy to be beautiful. In this day of science research finds that the brain actually processes images of women differently in the mind of a man. Women are more likely picked by body parts then by the brain. Women only think of men being the whole package (having a job, own house, own money, own car etc.) that’s why women do not objectify them by their parts. “Many people should process a woman’s body in a more local way, Not focusing on individual body parts like breasts” stated the daily mail. To test the idea, Gervais and many other acquaintances carried out two nearly identical experiments with a total of 227 undergraduate participants. The results showed a clear mockery between the images of men and women. When viewing female images, the participants were better at recognizing individual parts than they were matching whole-body photographs to the originals. The opposite was true for male images: People were better at recognizing a guy as a whole than they were his individual parts. Again another theory proved to be correct by men. Did you know that, women with bodies that have many more shapes and parts that are different, it probably does not take her entire body to determine who she is? But this nonsense in the article, where it all automatically becomes a whole issue about women being discriminated for bogus reasoning, is a load of BS.

Million Dollar Deal: Brains or Beauty?
Women are beautiful
Women are bossy
Women are pitiful
Women are too flossy
Their body is mine
Their mind is mine
I own whether they move on
…… or not

We are powerful just at the wrong points
We are the control panel in a males joints
We are sensing them coming
We are in a form of Mary
…… her duplicates, her clones

Cooking, cleaning, and household chores
I thought women are gradually adored
I can hear my boss coming
Tap! Tap! Tap! He is getting closer
You look beautiful today
“Thank You, You have paper work to fill out”
Bring them in my office
What am I to say?
If he was an inch away from his papers
What should I do?
Will he be mad at what I wore?
Black flat toed shoes, ziggy skirt,
Ruffled blue colored top
And brown hair flowing down my back
Antoinette “ I’m waiting on you.”
“Coming” said Antoinette

She needs to follow good instructions
I need to fire her,
but if I do I will not have no view
Lord knows I need it
My wife is not a view for so’ eyes
She could beat Einstein at his job
Surprised her head does not throb
Being filled with that knowledge
Antoinette! Antoinette!
Antoinette!
I cannot feel you near
“Coming boss, Just making sure your paper work is straight”
I do not like his eyes on me
I can do something

….. or walk away like I am a boss

Hypothesis
Brain or Beauty which one seems like a lady’s million dollar deal? Women chose brain, yet men prefer beauty. In my research I plan to find out why is one of women’s characteristics being discriminated by a male’s opinion. I am targeting women between the age of 14 and 40 to answer my questions because I feel they have enough experience (or should have) in job searching. “With women being in a higher education do you think we are being applauded or shun down? “Or “how does women improve in education and looks? “ I want the audience to use this as a metaphor to solve this problem in our world of rapture.
Women seem to find it fascinating to be both beautiful and trained by the best, but never want to work hard enough to have both. Most women appear to say that their look is all they have in the world when they can’t get a degree or do not have an education at all to even be a better person. Males seem to look more upon beautiful women without a clue to their name then a educated women who could help him in his time of financial need at any cost. I would like for my target audience to be only women so they can speak for themselves. I target women from 14 to 40 because I figured that when you 14 you worry about looks so they will be able to tell me what I need to know about looks and women who are 40 years of age can tell me about job experience with the opposite sex. I discover that women do not care much of an education these days they jus do it because they think it is easy or they have been told to do it which is insane if you ask me. They only look forward to a job do not matter if they get hired for the wrong reasons just want to make money. They are reliable because least I got them from the women’s projective and not a male because there is not telling what direct message I would have gotten from their chose of pick. The only thing that was skewed is when I did not get a direct answer from my surveyors that is what made me want to do different questions.

--Results and Data Analysis
Female Demographic(age, race, gender, location)
Trends (What element is in common with this demographic group)
Implications (how does this help or hurt my hypothesis? What does this mean?)
16 females
14 all answered question with a yes.
This trend proves that females….. how they support your topic
What it means is….
11
Said yes to question number one
This means that there is a great bit that is working and they should know how why they got hired. This should help me in finding why they were hired.
13
Said no to question number one
This hurts me because they probably won’t remember why they were hired at their last job.
11
said they were hired for their knowledge on question two
This means that women can be smart and that we are balancing out every day from knowledge to looks. This could bring me up a lot in the progress.
11
Said they were hired by other reasons  on questions two such as degree, only worker available etc.
They were not even thought of as being hired on neither of those two things. This could help me a little bit depending on if I can have knowledge with this. This will very much so hurt my results because I was not given a direct answer.
3
Said they were hired for their looks on question two
This hurts me because it tells me that women are now being hired for their degrees in a field rather than them looking good.
2 14 year olds
For question three
This means they cannot help me in any way on question one or two cause they are not allowed to work. This hurts me.
6 15 year olds
For question three
This means they can tell me a little about why they were hired but not long enough to tell me where they hired for their looks or knowledge because they are young. They are not worried about that just making money.
1 19 year old
For question three
They care they are working for the simple fact is it helps them gain an advantage in another job in the future. This helps me because they can answer question two.
1
Person answered between 14 and 20 for question three
This Hurts me because it does not give me much experience for them.
4
Four people answered between 19 and 25 for question three
This give they time to answer to a degree because they have time, so this could possibly help my case.
1
Group of 36 and 42 answered  for question three
This helps me because it is in the right age range where the opinion can really count.
7
Groups  between 25 and 36 for question three
This could help to because right now they should experience a little more than 3 jobs.
20
Said true that beauty is more of a reason why a female gets hired for question four
They understood the right answer so this does help my case.
5
Said false because they felt brains was the reason why females gets hired for question four
This could hurt my case because a few people do not realize why women look beautiful
16
Females felt 5 was the strongest to represent question five
This was just their opinion and it does count so this could help me.
6
Chose that 3 was in between of them owning their own weigh and being good at what you do important for question three
This opinion could help me in a woman’s work.
1
Chose 4 for theirs on question three
This could not even exist and I would have still got more positive answers this could help me.
2
Said other things on question five
This could not help me because they gave other answers that were not even up there.
5
People checked they only had a high school diploma
This could help me because women need at least a high school diploma.
7
People checked they have a high school diploma and they enjoy their job
This helps me because this tells me that they enjoy their job and they were chosen because of their brain.
2
People checked they have a high school diploma , 2 jobs and that they enjoy their job
This is excellent on my case this can help me due to the fact they give more information about having 2 degrees.
1
Person checked that they have a high school and 2 jobs
This could hurt a little bit, because they have no degrees but 2 jobs which could tell you anything.
1
Person checked that they have 2 degrees , a high school diploma and they enjoy their job
This is excellent this tells me that they are magnificent in their life and that they are being hired because of their degrees and education.
6
People checked that they had no diploma
This hurts because it’s a certain amount and they don’t even have a job where I can contrast at.
1
Person checked that they had no diploma and that they enjoy their job
Having no diploma and having a job you love can hurt because again no diploma is on their waist.
14
Thought it was true that men prefer a value in intellect over a pretty woman in question seven
I was hoping this would get a lot yes answers because it is a true statement. This helps.
11
Thought that men valued a shapely figure over intellect in question seven
This hurts me because it tells me that they thought that statement was false.
6
Felt in between with the number five for women to be hired by their looks for question eight
This helps me for the simple fact it gives a direct answer.
3
People gave other answers to how women handle the work for question eight
This hurts me because again it was not one of my answer choices.
15
Gave their choice between 1 (being the most) and 10 for question eight
This gives a majority of the answers in a higher department.
11
For question nine they chose false for me being afraid of a smart woman
This helps because it is exactly what I expected to have a lower number count.
14
Said true that they are afraid of smart women that is why they go for the pretty face for question nine
I was hoping on this to be the most being that it is a true statement this helps me.
21
Said yes to women being important to men in the work force for question 10
I knew women would be more important in this case. This does helps me in an explaining matter.
4
Said no to women being important to men in the work force for question 10
This does not help me because it gives me a few answers.

I was correct with women being attached to their looks more then their education so, to my first question a lady’s million dollar deal is her beauty not brains. She will not handle brains unless she told or have to do it for a certain reason. I was correct because I had a close amount of people who do not have a diploma and still have a job that means they are relying on their looks to get them by on their own. Of course, on this topic men have to be the little puppies to give into a women’s beauty in order for them to get hired and get that big money paid by men. I expected certain answers for one number and that is number five. I expected no checks on having no diploma, but sadly I had six checks which was one mark away from having seven high school diplomas. I can conclude that I am writing this to simply help women understand that they need their brains. It is the most important matter than your body or beauty or even yourself. Your education can open doors for you that you did not even know existed and can satisfy you when you upgrade in the male world of jobs making that money that you thought only men could bring home.
I am sure if I do a secondary research that I would do it on the men to see how they really think of women. Do they think with their hormones or for teamwork to bring the company up. I think that “are women are  being applauded or shun down?” should be researched next ,reason being that they have a similar patterns in the matter at hand involving teamwork. I have not changed any research questions because my statements were crystal clear.

A Woman's Purpose

Beauty or Brains: A Woman’s Empowerment

Being a teenager, anyone does not hold being gorgeous with brains against you. They do not judge with discrimination even though the possibility of that in one in a million. I watched as I began to learn more and more about the world, how to do taxes, cook, clean, and look attractive everything women should know to impress the opposite sex. However, what I was not told was that women could own her looks and still have brains to cover, but if not acknowledged by a male, then it was a disappointment.  As the years go by, I am now at the age of 16. I learn that being pretty is easy if you have the right accessories, yet to be smart you have to earn your place in a man’s world as on their level. If you are just pretty, you could be easily mistaken than a girl who is very well educated and breath taken. I watched in movies, grocery stores and movie theatres that the pretty girls can have no higher than a middle school education and still make it through the male’s world with no problems. Woman, who are filled with knowledge about the unknown, simplistic makings of food or even how to do the right job, do not even get glanced at. Therefore, I found that women are being upgraded by looks then by brains in this sexist world we seem to put up with.

I have never come close to even understanding real life. I will admit that. “The Big Bang Theory” can be an educational yet functional television show for anyone to watch. There is something I have failed to realize about it. There is a group known as the nerd lock: Sheldon, Leonard, Stuart, and Raig. I can not forget about sweet little old Amy (short blonde head, with a nasally voice) currently going back to school for her bachelor’s degree in health science to become a microbiologist. Her fiancĂ© Stuart (May I say the non repulsive one of the group) is there to support her throughout the whole process. Stuart is unemployed and ashamedly to say that it has been that way for years. Sheldon who not on America’s hot list, however, is brilliantly educated (since birth) about any subject of the matter. Leonard is a shorter version of Adam Sandler with less looks and wears a starships pin like it is a personal gift from Captain Kurt. Despite his looks, he makes up for them by having three degrees in technology and advances with a whole closet of action figures, which is not even open yet. Last, but not least, Raig is a short, weird and unattractive physiologist who is also Indian. He came from Guyana, Egypt to get a job. They all live interesting lives and something to be proud, but Penny, who is an appealing, care-free, single and independent woman, however, works as a waitress at a low rate shop. She gets undermined by Sheldon being that she can not comprehend a single word he says nor give an exact response. She has no technology experience to talk to her ex Leonard about, nor does Amy or Raig. She only talks to them when she is bored. The men allow it because she is striking, and that is the only lady they can talk to without getting gaudy.

Women are so much capable of more than sharpening pencils, answering the phone, or even typing. You do not think women can show a PowerPoint to her executives or be the boss of a major establishment that is well on its way to the top. Men are so threaten to see a woman in a higher position than them that they have to do the unjust, which is inexcusable for anybody. “With females being in a higher education, has been characterized by an absurd combination of discrimination and exclusion, on the one hand, and increasing equality and empowerment, on the other” (Mehran, Golnar). This study of what every woman is thinking focuses on the triangle of education: equality and empowerment.”

A women’s education should be as important to them as to men finding an eye candy. Educational females are being applauded or shunned down by their effort to work in a man’s position. With over two hundred years passing, women have had a thirst for more knowledge of the unknown, not to mention our looks improve every week or months. I still do not see why our ability to look intelligent is overlooked by our degrees in the field we are well qualified to handle. Personally, I think that women should retaliate with discrimination against men rather than keep ourselves steady. Reason being is that there are rarely women in control over the male sex. I wondered if women still were not allowed to get an education, would we still come across not fit for the men’s due to our appearance.
