Hypothesis

Brain or Beauty which one seems like a lady’s million dollar deal? Women chose brain, yet men prefer beauty. In my research I plan to find out why is one of women’s characteristics being discriminated by a male’s opinion. I am targeting women between the age of 14 and 40 to answer my questions because I feel they have enough experience (or should have) in job searching. “With women being in a higher education do you think we are being applauded or shun down? “Or “how does women improve in education and looks? “ I want the audience to use this as a metaphor to solve this problem in our world of rapture.

Women seem to find it fascinating to be both beautiful and trained by the best, but never want to work hard enough to have both. Most women appear to say that their look is all they have in the world when they can’t get a degree or do not have an education at all to even be a better person. Males seem to look more upon beautiful women without a clue to their name then a educated women who could help him in his time of financial need at any cost. I would like for my target audience to be only women so they can speak for themselves. I target women from 14 to 40 because I figured that when you 14 you worry about looks so they will be able to tell me what I need to know about looks and women who are 40 years of age can tell me about job experience with the opposite sex. I discover that women do not care much of an education these days they jus do it because they think it is easy or they have been told to do it which is insane if you ask me. They only look forward to a job do not matter if they get hired for the wrong reasons just want to make money. They are reliable because least I got them from the women’s projective and not a male because there is not telling what direct message I would have gotten from their chose of pick. The only thing that was skewed is when I did not get a direct answer from my surveyors that is what made me want to do different questions.

11	Said yes to question number one	This means that there is a great bit that is working and they should know how why they got hired. This should help me in finding why they were hired.
13	Said no to question number one	This hurts me because they probably won’t remember why they were hired at their last job.
11	said they were hired for their knowledge on question two	This means that women can be smart and that we are balancing out every day from knowledge to looks. This could bring me up a lot in the progress.
11	Said they were hired by other reasons on questions two such as degree, only worker available etc.	They were not even thought of as being hired on neither of those two things. This could help me a little bit depending on if I can have knowledge with this. This will very much so hurt my results because I was not given a direct answer.
3	Said they were hired for their looks on question two	This hurts me because it tells me that women are now being hired for their degrees in a field rather than them looking good.
2 14 year olds	For question three	This means they cannot help me in any way on question one or two cause they are not allowed to work. This hurts me.
6 15 year olds	For question three	This means they can tell me a little about why they were hired but not long enough to tell me where they hired for their looks or knowledge because they are young. They are not worried about that just making money.
1 19 year old	For question three	They care they are working for the simple fact is it helps them gain an advantage in another job in the future. This helps me because they can answer question two.
1	Person answered between 14 and 20 for question three	This Hurts me because it does not give me much experience for them.
4	Four people answered between 19 and 25 for question three	This give they time to answer to a degree because they have time, so this could possibly help my case.
1	Group of 36 and 42 answered for question three	This helps me because it is in the right age range where the opinion can really count.
7	Groups between 25 and 36 for question three	This could help to because right now they should experience a little more than 3 jobs.
20	Said true that beauty is more of a reason why a female gets hired for question four	They understood the right answer so this does help my case.
5	Said false because they felt brains was the reason why females gets hired for question four	This could hurt my case because a few people do not realize why women look beautiful
16	Females felt 5 was the strongest to represent question five	This was just their opinion and it does count so this could help me.
6	Chose that 3 was in between of them owning their own weigh and being good at what you do important for question three	This opinion could help me in a woman’s work.
1	Chose 4 for theirs on question three	This could not even exist and I would have still got more positive answers this could help me.
2	Said other things on question five	This could not help me because they gave other answers that were not even up there.
5	People checked they only had a high school diploma	This could help me because women need at least a high school diploma.
7	People checked they have a high school diploma and they enjoy their job	This helps me because this tells me that they enjoy their job and they were chosen because of their brain.
2	People checked they have a high school diploma , 2 jobs and that they enjoy their job	This is excellent on my case this can help me due to the fact they give more information about having 2 degrees.
1	Person checked that they have a high school and 2 jobs	This could hurt a little bit, because they have no degrees but 2 jobs which could tell you anything.
1	Person checked that they have 2 degrees , a high school diploma and they enjoy their job	This is excellent this tells me that they are magnificent in their life and that they are being hired because of their degrees and education.
6	People checked that they had no diploma	This hurts because it’s a certain amount and they don’t even have a job where I can contrast at.
1	Person checked that they had no diploma and that they enjoy their job	Having no diploma and having a job you love can hurt because again no diploma is on their waist.
14	Thought it was true that men prefer a value in intellect over a pretty woman in question seven	I was hoping this would get a lot yes answers because it is a true statement. This helps.
11	Thought that men valued a shapely figure over intellect in question seven	This hurts me because it tells me that they thought that statement was false.
6	Felt in between with the number five for women to be hired by their looks for question eight	This helps me for the simple fact it gives a direct answer.
3	People gave other answers to how women handle the work for question eight	This hurts me because again it was not one of my answer choices.
15	Gave their choice between 1 (being the most) and 10 for question eight	This gives a majority of the answers in a higher department.
11	For question nine they chose false for me being afraid of a smart woman	This helps because it is exactly what I expected to have a lower number count.
14	Said true that they are afraid of smart women that is why they go for the pretty face for question nine	I was hoping on this to be the most being that it is a true statement this helps me.
21	Said yes to women being important to men in the work force for question 10	I knew women would be more important in this case. This does helps me in an explaining matter.
4	Said no to women being important to men in the work force for question 10	This does not help me because it gives me a few answers.

I was correct with women being attached to their looks more then their education so, to my first question a lady’s million dollar deal is her beauty not brains. She will not handle brains unless she told or have to do it for a certain reason. I was correct because I had a close amount of people who do not have a diploma and still have a job that means they are relying on their looks to get them by on their own. Of course, on this topic men have to be the little puppies to give into a women’s beauty in order for them to get hired and get that big money paid by men. I expected certain answers for one number and that is number five. I expected no checks on having no diploma, but sadly I had six checks which was one mark away from having seven high school diplomas. I can conclude that I am writing this to simply help women understand that they need their brains. It is the most important matter than your body or beauty or even yourself. Your education can open doors for you that you did not even know existed and can satisfy you when you upgrade in the male world of jobs making that money that you thought only men could bring home.

I am sure if I do a secondary research that I would do it on the men to see how they really think of women. Do they think with their hormones or for teamwork to bring the company up. I think that “are women are being applauded or shun down?” should be researched next ,reason being that they have a similar patterns in the matter at hand involving teamwork. I have not changed any research questions because my statements were crystal clear.
